this summer I made my first homemade “Mango Lassi”.
Usually I am drinking “Mango Lassi” at Asian Restaurants, but now I have the recipe to make my own at home. A perfect drink for the hot weather!
Here is the recipe for 1 glas (200 ml)
Yoghurt (100 ml)
Mango Pulp (from an Asia Shop) (80 ml)
water (20 ml)
lemon juice (half lemon)
peppermint leaves (for decoration)
Mix it all and decorate the glas with some peppermint leaves,
finally add some ice and a straw.
